The main goal of Digital Academy is to increase the digital skills of young people who are not enrolled in the formal education system. Through the participation in the project we have encouraged them to assess their skills themselves - what they already know, how they use digital tools so far and how they can use these tools in the future, including in working life. Covid has made digital work a "must" and young people have learned new skills, including using digital tools for creative communication, using collaborative tools for team co-creation, etc.
Outcomes of the project:
● Raising young adults' awareness of their digital skills;
● Development of soft skills in the digital age
● Development of their skills for the future promoted by the World Economic Forum (collaboration and teamwork tools, problem solving and critical thinking, creativity...)
● Acquisition of Open Digital Badges at the end of each training
● Knowledge of social networks for job search (LinkedIn, Meet Up...)
