In this chapter you will learn more about digital trends in youth work. You will be able to find resources for understanding and better approach youth communities:
  • what digital tools the target group is using,
  • what is the best method of disseminating the material resources
  • what is the advantage of apps, games, platforms most often used by young people so that youth workers understand the digital trends so that they can reach young people more easily
  • how to transfer knowledge through apps and youth language
  • tools for gamification, adjusting social media tools to make training materials more appealing to young people (the idea of a game used by young people for example, gamers);
  • JAMBOARD - how to use the digital whiteboard. Examples of activities: working with stickers on a flipchart, on sections; how to organize a virtual public café and transfer the results/the information
  • STORING tool – storing data in the cloud and drives where it is more accessible
  • How to integrate Kahoot & Canva in youth work.

V tem poglavju boste izvedeli več o digitalnih trendih v mladinskem delu. Poiskali boste lahko vire za razumevanje in boljši pristop k mladinskim skupnostim:
  • katera digitalna orodja uporablja ciljna skupina,
  • katera je najboljša metoda razširjanja materialnih virov
  • kakšna je prednost aplikacij, iger, platform, ki jih mladi najpogosteje uporabljajo, da bodo mladinski delavci razumeli digitalne trende in tako lažje dosegli mlade
  • kako prenašati znanje prek aplikacij in jezika za mlade
  • orodja za igrifikacijo, prilagajanje orodij družbenih medijev, da bodo gradiva za usposabljanje bolj privlačna za mlade (zamisel o igri, ki jo uporabljajo mladi, na primer gamerji);
  • JAMBOARD - kako uporabljati digitalno tablo. Primeri dejavnosti: delo z nalepkami na flipchartu, na sekcijah; kako organizirati virtualno javno kavarno in prenesti rezultate/informacije.
  • Orodje za shranjevanje - shranjevanje podatkov v oblaku in na diskih, kjer so lažje dostopni.
  • Kako vključiti Kahoot in Canvo v mladinsko delo.

U ovom ćete poglavlju saznati više o digitalnim trendovima u radu s mladima. Moći ćete pronaći resurse za razumijevanje i bolji pristup zajednicama mladih:

  • koje digitalne alate ciljna skupina koristi,
  • koja je najbolja metoda distribucije materijalnih resursa
  • koja je prednost aplikacija, igrica, platformi koje najčešće koriste mladi kako bi osobe koje rade s mladima (youth workers) razumjele digitalne trendove kako bi lakše došli do mladih
  • kako prenijeti znanje putem aplikacija i jezika mladih
  • alati za igrifikaciju, prilagođavanje alata društvenih medija kako bi materijali za obuku bili privlačniji mladim ljudima (ideja igre koju koriste mladi ljudi, na primjer, igrači);
  • JAMBOARD - kako koristiti digitalnu ploču. Primjeri aktivnosti: rad sa naljepnicama na flipchartu, na dijelovima; kako organizirati virtualni javni kafić i prenijeti rezultate/informacije
  • STORING alat – pohranjivanje podataka u oblak i diskove gdje su dostupniji
  • Kako integrirati Kahoot & Cava u rad s mladima.

În acest capitol veți afla mai multe despre tendințele digitale în munca de tineret. Veți putea găsi resurse pentru a înțelege și a aborda mai bine comunitățile de tineri:
  • ce instrumente digitale utilizează grupul țintă,
  • care este cea mai bună metodă de diseminare a resurselor materiale
  • care este avantajul aplicațiilor, jocurilor, platformelor cel mai des utilizate de tineri, astfel încât lucrătorii de tineret să înțeleagă tendințele digitale pentru a putea ajunge mai ușor la tineri
  • cum să transfere cunoștințe prin intermediul aplicațiilor și al limbajului tinerilor
  • instrumente pentru ”gamificare”, adaptarea instrumentelor social media pentru a face materialele de formare mai atractive pentru tineri (ideea de joc utilizată de tineri, de exemplu, ”gameri”);
  • JAMBOARD - modul de utilizare a tablei albe digitale. Exemple de activități: lucrul cu autocolante pe un flipchart, pe secțiuni; cum să organizezi o cafenea publică virtuală și să transferi rezultatele/informațiile
  • Instrumente de DEPOZITARE - stocarea datelor în cloud și pe drive-uri, unde sunt mai accesibile
  • Cum să integrați Kahoot & Canva în activitatea cu tinerii.
