Inhoud
Mindful Youth Work Mosaic is an Erasmus+ Training Course for youth
workers, mentors, and educators from eight countries. The project explores
how mindfulness, body-focused practices, outdoor learning, and
experiential education can support youth workers’ well-being and improve
the quality of youth work.
It responds to challenges such as stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion
in the youth field by offering practical tools for resilience, self-care, and
sustainable work with young people.
Through the Outdoor Mosaic process, participants will adapt existing youth
work methods for outdoor settings, integrate mindfulness approaches, test
them in practice, and develop new tools together. The results will be
collected in the Mosaic Guide, a practical resource for youth workers across
Europe.
