Innhold

Create or develop a soft skills workshop with some of your friends (at least 5), on effective communication. This workshop will teach you how to communicate more clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with others.
If you feel courageous, you can invite some people you don't know, colleagues or others that will make you get out from your comfort zone. 
This activity is designed to develop skills in communication, active listening, empathy, collaboration, leadership, and adaptability.
