There are very few jobs out there where you won’t need at least some level of interaction with other people, whether that be colleagues or customers, so making this one of your top skills is vital. 
As well as equipping you for going into the workplace, these skills are totally transferable too, so you’ll be able to use them in your everyday life with friends and family.

Most jobs need people to work together - sometimes with colleagues but also clients or customers - so that projects or tasks are completed. By learning how to collaborate effectively and work well with others, you improve your ability to contribute to being part of a team and making projects a success.
