In this playlist of learning activities, we will take a broader look at time and energy. Every day we hurry, arranging meetings so we can guess wherever we need to.

But humanity has one and essential fear, which has no other living being - the fear of having enough time for us.

Thus, in these activities we will have the opportunity to devote to the concept here and now, we will focus on one object, we will observe our senses, we will control our thoughts, we will reflect.

Using the attentive “Focusing” method at the beginning of the session and the breath monitoring method, guide participants through these experiences gradually, slowly, and list the above tasks in turn, emphasizing what aspects they need to pay attention to. Watch the timbre of your voice - it needs to be calm.

At the end of each activity, we will invite you to collect a digital badge of achievement during the tasks :)

It’s time to take a look at what we “carry” with us, why we carry it, how important it is to us. Also, look at what we no longer need or are worth having in our suitcase.
