This activity will help newly arrived ESC volunteers understand their role, working environment and responsibilities by meeting their tutor and collaboratively defining their individual work schedule.
Give a look to this timetable template and use it to plan your week with your tutor:
The volunteer meets the tutor for an initial one-to-one session. Together, they discuss the volunteer’s tasks, responsibilities, working hours, objectives, communication procedures, breaks, days off and expectations, and agree on a realistic work schedule for the first period of the volunteering experience.
