"Folkehelse og livsmestring som tverrfaglig tema i skolen skal gi elevene kompetanse som fremmer god psykisk og fysisk helse, og som gir muligheter til å ta ansvarlige livsvalg. I barne- og ungdomsårene er utvikling av et positivt selvbilde og en trygg identitet særlig avgjørende.Et samfunn som legger til rette for gode helsevalg hos den enkelte, har stor betydning for folkehelsen. Livsmestring dreier seg om å kunne forstå og å kunne påvirke faktorer som har betydning for mestring av eget liv. In the world that we live in, It's very difficult to take the time to actually appreciate the small things in life.
Time goes by, and actually, life can slip through your fingers sometimes.
As the days go by you catch yourself in a thought, that goes like this.
I have no time to do the things that I love.

So how do we fix this?

not being lost in thought, not being distracted, or be overwhelmed by difficult emotions.
But instead learning how to be in the here and now.

Pause Throughout the Day.

As you move from one activity to the next throughout the day, it can be tough to stay mindful.
But you can get back on track by pausing throughout the day to practice a few basic mindfulness exercises.

You can also make it a habit to practice focus on your breathing when you're upset or anxious.
Breathing techniques can have a calming effect and help you stay grounded in the present moment.

There isn't a one-size-fits-all option when it comes to stress relief, however.
What works for one person might not work for another.
