To earn the Welcome Badge, participants are invited to fully arrive and engage in the opening session of the Pause and Breathe: Mindfulness to Everyday You workshop.
This includes:
- Attending the welcome circle and orientation
- Participating in the first guided mindfulness practice
- Reflecting on personal intentions for the day
- Demonstrating presence, openness, and curiosity
This badge honors your first step into the space of mindful awareness and your willingness to begin the journey inward.
