This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who understands information and expresses thoughts, feelings and facts clearly in different situations.
The badge holder knows how to organise a message and communicate through written, spoken or visual formats, while being aware of the impact of language on others. They are able to interact respectfully, take part in constructive dialogue and adapt their communication to different people and contexts.
This badge is connected to the following Youthpass competence: Literacy competence.

Create a simple guide or checklist that would be useful for a future volunteer taking over part of your role or arriving in Molfetta.
Choose a topic you know through your own experience. For example:
- useful information about a volunteering activity
- how to support an event
- tips for settling into daily life
- a checklist for a recurring task
- useful resources, places or contacts
