Impact Creator
This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who develops and carries out a personal project during their volunteering experience.
The badge holder knows how to turn an idea, interest or identified need into a realistic plan, involving people and resources when needed. They are able to take initiative, adapt their project when challenges arise and reflect on the value and impact of what they created.

Carry out your personal project: organise an event or activity during the volunteering project, create some meaningful material/document/digital production.
Possible formats include: a themed international evening, a small workshop, a game or activity at a local level, a cultural exchange activity in local schools, a guide or infopack on any relevant topic, creative digital content. It should be related to your own interests and competences, but also be relevant to the local context. Think about local partners to involve, if relevant; InCo can help you contacting them if needed.
Write a short abstract of your project containing the following data:
Title and purpose
Target group
Date, place and programme (if applicable)
Description (what it is, which activities it includes – whatever is applicable); at least a full paragraph (around 10 lines).
Local partners (if applicable)
Materials and communication needed (write a list)
Short evaluation after implementation (how it went, which impact it had on the target, your impressions…)
Upload here the final document and any evidence you have of the project delivery (photos, videos, etc).
