During the exchange "Awaken Voice", we strive to achieve these goals:
﻿
We strive to develop intercultural, civic and critical thinking competencies for our peers from Germany, Turkey, Croatia, Lithuania and Sakartvel  by solving problems:
﻿
- The voice of young people is underestimated, which undermines young people's motivation to pursue their goals;
- The traditions of democracy and citizenship play a minor role in young people's lives;
- Low youth activity and involvement in social activities.
﻿
In order to achieve our goal we will accomplish the following tasks:
Encourage peers to express their opinions and develop a confident approach to issues that are important to them
through tricultural dialogue.
We will strive to promote the importance and benefits of citizenship, to learn how to successfully and qualitatively
implement the ideas we have raised, and to solve the problems that arise.
﻿
Through this strategic cooperation, we shared good practices on the promotion of democratic values in other cultures and find ways to put this into practice in our countries.
﻿
We will seek to develop students' tolerance, encourage ways to integrate newcomers into the community so that they can become more aware of their new culture and not feel alienated. In our partner countries, in our communities, there are pupils from foreign countries, but these pupils face difficulties in integrating into the new environment and need help to understand the new culture.
Needs we seek to address:
Need to be heard. Young people need to be listened to and appreciated as it will allow us to freely share our ideas and feel they are worthwhile to achieve our goals;
The need to develop your critical thinking and ability to argue. Critical thinking is highly valued in the labor market, and it is important to develop this competence as well as the ability to articulate, present and substantiate your thoughts;
Need for international learning and sharing of good practices. The world is not limited to the borders of the homeland, and the knowledge and experience that young people can gain from learning with others is particularly significant.
The need to have access to high quality and useful community activities.

During the exchange "Awaken Voice", I learned how to achieve these goals by maximizing my involvement in the way I teach and how I succeed.

- Low youth activity and involvement in social activities.
