Current days are filled with anxiety, fast-paced rhythms, and a constant rush to get everything done. People now struggle to embrace the present moment and are often overwhelmed by negative thoughts. Even when it's time to relax, stress invades rest time, leading to more fear about tomorrow and lack of sleep.

Enough! Close your eyes for 10 seconds and breathe! Take a step back! Remember that you are more powerful than your thoughts! Accept the moment, even with its difficulties. Congratulate yourself for being here, for trying to change this negative cycle!

This activity will take just five to ten minutes a day and will help shift your perspective. All it requires is stepping away from your usual problems and tasks for a few minutes, to notice the beauty around you and recognise what you can be grateful for in the present. You are breathing, you are present, and you are doing fine!

At the end of the day, take a step back—no matter how hard that may seem—and think of three things that brightened your day. It could be the smallest detail that brought a smile to your face. Sometimes it's hard to identify them, especially in challenging times, but don’t give up. There are always three positive aspects in every day!

It might be your lunch, a conversation with a colleague, a five-minute walk, or a ray of sunlight shining on a building.

Write these things down and read them aloud. Remember, even on the toughest days, small moments can shift your outlook on life.

Keep this practice up for a week. Simply note a few elements that made your day remarkable. This is the first step towards personal growth, as it trains your brain to focus on the positive aspects of life. The human brain tends to fixate on the negative, but you are working to change that habit.

This is the first step towards a new beginning for your life. Embrace it. Welcome to a new era!

At the end of the day, take a step back—right before you sleep, or at any other time during the day when you feel the need to pause.

Close your eyes and take five slow, deep breaths. Don’t think about anything, just focus on your breathing.
Once you’ve finished these five breaths, start thinking about the positive aspects of your daily life. As you do this, continue breathing deeply to release any stress you may be holding.

Write down three positive outcomes from your day and read them out loud. Repeat this exercise for seven days!
