Beasily UG (Germany) offered Agenzija Sapport (Malta) a specialised five-day study visit and training programme for eight staff members between 16 and 22 November 2025 in Nuremberg.

The city of Nuremberg offers a rich landscape of creative initiatives that open up diverse opportunities to explore innovative approaches to inclusive youth work. During this programme, participants will engage with local organisations and practitioners, gaining first-hand insight into practical methods and real-world applications.

Through a combination of informal training sessions and on-site visits, the programme aims to address and explore the following themes:

  • Defining inclusive youth work and understanding its core principles
  • Exploring the differences between inclusive youth work and specialist youth work
  • Examining the benefits of each approach and identifying when each is most appropriate
  • Learning and experiencing creative methods applicable to both inclusive and specialist youth work
  • Sharing best practices and exemplary working models from leading practitioners and organisations in Nuremberg, Germany
