Vital Breath – Pranayama Practitioner

To earn this badge, participants must actively engage in the Pranayama (breathwork) session during the Pause and Breathe workshop.

This includes:
- Participating in guided breathing techniques such as Nadi Shodhana, Box Breathing, or Deep Belly Breathing
- Practicing mindful awareness of the breath and its effects on body and mind
- Reflecting on the experience through journaling or group sharing
- Demonstrating presence, focus, and openness during the session
This badge recognizes your deepening connection to the breath as a tool for grounding, clarity, and inner calm.
