Is a one-day, 8-hour immersive workshop for youth people, designed to help you reconnect with yourself through the power of mindfulness. With guided practices, gentle movement, and reflective exercises, you'll learn how to bring presence, calm, and clarity into your daily life. Breaks are thoughtfully integrated to support rest and integration. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a nurturing space to pause, breathe, and rediscover your inner balance. Come as you are, leave with tools to be more fully you—every day.

To earn the Welcome Badge, participants are invited to fully arrive and engage in the opening session of the Pause and Breathe: Mindfulness to Everyday You workshop.
This includes:
- Attending the welcome circle and orientation
- Participating in the first guided mindfulness practice
- Reflecting on personal intentions for the day
- Demonstrating presence, openness, and curiosity
This badge honors your first step into the space of mindful awareness and your willingness to begin the journey inward.
